Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to gold market price fluctuations.
Every purchase includes free polishing and colour change ( Rose Gold, White Gold, Yellow Gold ) for 12 months after the date of purchase.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Preorder and prepaid for custom pieces . Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced. We accept cash on delivery or bank transfer in Myanmar Kyats (MMK).
If you would like to pay in United States Dollars (USD) , Euros (EUR) or Singapore Dollars (SGD), please notify us ahead of time before delivery.
We do not accept credit cards, checks or money orders.
ORDERS
All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewellery orders take approximately 3 – 4 weeks ( Business Days Only ) to produce and ship.
Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.
All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame.
If this is the case, we will always notify the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Certain fine jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Should there be a problem with your jewellery, we are happy to exchange the item . You are responsible for all delivery costs for exchanges.We are not responsible for any jewellery not purchased directly from Dream Jewellery Yangon. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
ALTERATIONS
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the alterations unless it is within 7 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
Alterations take 2-4 weeks ( Business Days) to complete depending on the nature of the process .

REPAIRS
Repairs take 2-4 weeks ( Business Days) to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return the repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you . We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs for repairs. We are not responsible for any jewellery not purchased directly from Dream Jewellery Yangon. All repairs must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Our guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. Precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee. Any work performed by a jeweller other than Dream Jewellery Yangon Designs automatically voids the warranty. This warranty is not an insurance policy.
