JEWELLERY CARE

ORGANIC STONES OR MATERIALS
( Pearl, Ivory, Coral, Wood, Leather, Cord, or String)

They should not be exposed to harsh detergents or soaked in liquids or ultrasonically cleaned.
These commonly used jewellery materials may absorb the fluids and be damaged or stained permanently.

ANTIQUE OR RARE JEWELLERY

They should not be tampered with at home.
Polishing and jewellery cleaning can destroy the patina and integrity of some rare jewelry.

GOLD / CHAINS / CHARMS/  NECKLACES / RINGS / BRACELETS / EARRINGS/
ANKLETS/ BODY PIERCINGS ( NOSE RINGS , BELLYBUTTONS )

We recommend that you care for your Dream Jewellery Yangon handmade pieces  by cleaning it with warm water and diluted mild soap. You can use a soft brush or cloth; avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold unevenly. Be sure to rinse and gently wipe dry after cleaning.
The pieces are designed to be a unique piece and are meant to age naturally to become your own.
We recommend to not over polish them and let them age organically.
This creates a beautiful and well-loved jewellery and shows the true life and love of your jewellery.

PEARLS

If you own one of our one pearls, extra care must be taken when cleaning your piece.
You can rinse your pearl in its own in warm water but must take extra care not to clean the pearl with any chemicals, abrasive cloths or solutions.
Please remove pearls before cleaning the gold and clean separately.

COLOUR GEMSTONES  ( Transparent, Cabochon , Opaque ) ,
ROCKS , MINERALS AND DIAMONDS

To keep your jewellery looking new and vibrant please keep it away from lotions, shampoos and cleansers. Avoid swimming in salt and chlorinated water, and heavy perspiration during exercise.
Wipe clean with a damp gentle cloth only.
Some gemstones are treated with or have natural oils that can be disturbed by detergents during jewelry cleaning. Some stones are porous and can absorb detergents or moisture.
Here are a few gems to handle with extreme caution and care: Emerald, Opal, Turquoise, Lapis Lazuli, and all of the organic stones and materials listed above.
Please take care not to drop your jewellery pieces as this can cause chips or cracks.
